SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 2-6 business days. Please be aware that large sales may cause additional delays in processing time. And 1-4 days to ship.
We process, ship, and deliver packages from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Sunday and holiday shipping or delivery is not available.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details for your shipment.
Processing time may be delayed if there are questions about your shipping address or if your order is flagged as a risk. This additional time is taken to ensure the security of your credit information, and we may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
Once an order is placed, we cannot revise or change the shipping options.
Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide at this moment. We only ship nationwide with the United States.
RETURNS
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Â

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please be aware that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Similarly, any item returned more than 5 days after delivery will not be accepted for return. Â
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. Sometimes it takes time for refunds to be officially posted. You may also want to reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us atinfo@abaawawellness.com. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at info@abaawawellness.com.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
