Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be delays in processing and shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. 

Order Processing:

  • All orders will be processed within 2-6 business days. Please be aware that large sales may cause additional delays in processing time. 
  • Our candles and oils are handmade in small batches and blessed, which requires time and care.

Shipping Options for USA Orders:

  • USPS/UPS: Once the order has gone through the processing time, shipping time will be 1-4 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Currently Unavailable): Calculated at checkout, with free tracking updates and signature confirmation required.

Domestic Delivery Information:

  • Signature is not required on delivery, and if you are not home, the parcel will be left at the safest location as determined by the mail carrier.

  • If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, please contact USPS or UPS to arrange for pickup or schedule a delivery time.

Processing time should not be confused with delivery time and excludes holidays and weekends.

Shipping Details:

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Sunday and holiday shipping or delivery is not available.

  • After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details for your shipment.

  • Processing time may be delayed if there are questions about your shipping address or if your order is flagged as a risk. This additional time is taken to ensure the security of your credit information, and we may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot revise or change the shipping options.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories:

  • We accept orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories. These orders will be shipped via USPS.

Express shipping methods require a physical delivery/shipping address. If you do not provide one, we will contact you for this information, which may cause further delays.

Tracking:

  • All shipment methods come with tracking, except for standard mail couriers. Express Mail requires a signature upon delivery.

  • If you live in an insecure location, please consider the shipping method you choose as standard mail couriers do not require a signature, and packages may be left in any "secure" location according to the mail carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system or for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • If an item is not claimed and is returned, a 25% restocking fee will be charged per item.

Separate Packages:

  • In some cases, an order may be split into different packages due to backorders or weight restrictions imposed by the post office.

  • Each package will have its own tracking number.  

Cancellation, Taxes, and Duties:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours and will incur a 25% fee for cancellations within that timeframe.

  • All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities may require the stated value of your order on the package, and they have the discretion to release or delay delivery.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for shipping charges, custom import fees, and return shipping costs for refused/unclaimed shipments. You also confirm that you are the true cardholder or authorized to use the card for purchases. 

 Refunds, Exchanges, and Return Shipping:

  • We currently do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

For refunds, please allow time for processing by checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
